Each conference features at least four world-class keynote presentations. Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions are the highlight for many of the attendees. The sessions have specific service discipline focus and feature strategies, tactics and case studies that give participants both high-level perspectives and as well as tactics to deploy in their businesses. Presentations are given by the association membership and posted on the TSE Web site after the conference.


Exposition Hall
Each conference includes an exhibition hall where attendees have the opportunity to meet with the leading service solution providers. The service solution providers showcase their latest technologies and service methodologies in a tradeshow environment. This gives attendees a single market place to visit focused specifically on their challenges and needs.
Team Development and Meetings
Companies that send four people are eligible for a free 5th registration.
A key offering from the association is the team “wrap around” meeting. If the team wishes to hold a meeting at the conference hotel immediately before or immediately after the conference, the association can assist that company in securing a meeting facility, refreshments, etc. Many companies take advantage of this option as teams are often spread worldwide and the conference gives them the opportunity to meet face-to-face, develop and execute a conference coverage strategy, and of course immediately use learnings from the conference in business planning and the development of tactical plans.
Networking
The conference also provides an opportunity to network with service leaders and peers from across the industry. In no other setting can attendees more easily meet other service professionals doing similar work within other companies or meet leaders from the industries top companies. Many relationships established at our conferences are professional relationships for a lifetime.
Entertainment and Location
The association looks to retain conference sites where attendees will have the opportunity to leave the conference hotel and explore the city, restaurants and night life. This affords attendees a variety of choices for networking dinners, special interest group parties and more.
